I WAS FEATURED IN A MAGAZINE!

I was featured in a magazine by Shoutout Miami-how crazy! I had the chance to share my thoughts on risk taking and how it impacts everyone's success and it was such a surreal experience. As I've mentioned before on my blog many times about taking chances; risk taking is the building blocks to life. Without these blocks, we miss out on so much.

I really am grateful to share my story with other smaller creators who have passions that they put at the forefront of their life. It was great to connect with like minded people who at some point in their life where in the same boat as me. Connecting with people who persevere and keep pushing forward is what Shoutout Miami is all about and it's a blessing to be part of that community.

To be able to share my story with those in need of motivation to obtain their own goals allowed me to look back on my own story and appreciate myself a bit more. Sometimes, the day-to-day grind is so intense for me that it blurs out the little things that matter. I'm very fortunate to be able to work with brands that believe in me and what I have to offer because it wasn't long enough when I didn't.

So, when Shoutout Miami Magazine reached out to me for an interview, I couldn't help but think it was just another spam email. I get them all the time after all. Me? A small creator to be featured in a Magazine? No way. It was true though and when it hit me that it was a genuine offer, the excitement I felt was so unreal. So much has been weighing me down lately yet the Universe finds ways to put a smile on my face just when I needed it the most. Every time it happens too, I make sure to express my gratitude for it.

If you would like to read my exclusive interview with Shoutout Miami, you can read it here. I open up on my journey starting a YouTube channel, how Art changed my life completely, and how I discovered the importance of having the right mindset when it comes to going after your goals. To Shoutout Miami, Emma especially,  thank you for giving me the chance to be heard!

Until next time! xoxo - Sarah Lucas
